Williamsburg, Virginia

Mobile bartenders and bar service in Williamsburg

Williamsburg is the furthest of our core cities and almost entirely weddings and milestone events. Travel is a line item we quote openly rather than bury in a rate.

Licensed, insured, state-certified bartenders and waitstaff, cocktails made on site with fresh-pressed juice, and bars, glassware and drink walls to rent, à la carte, so you take only what you need.

4-hour minimum · licensed & insured · you buy the alcohol and keep the rest

A curved white event bar dressed as a Spritz Bar with custom signage, set up on the deck of a waterfront club with a gold bar cart and glassware behind it.
  • What every Williamsburg event gets
  • Licensed and insured, with a Certificate of Insurance for your venue
  • ServSafe-certified, state-certified bartenders and mixologists
  • You buy the alcohol at retail and keep whatever is left
  • Bars, glassware and drink walls to rent, or we work with what you have
  • Every cocktail can be built as a mocktail, plus full non-alcoholic stations
  • Setup and breakdown handled — nobody on your side moves a table

A local company, not a franchise with a Williamsburg page

We are a Hampton Roads company. That means we know which Williamsburg venues allow outside bar service, where the loading door is, and how long it actually takes to get there on a Saturday afternoon.

It also means the crew you speak to is the crew that turns up. Nothing about your event gets handed to a subcontractor who has never seen the room.

What we run in Williamsburg

Same crew and the same standard, whatever the occasion.

  • Weddings and receptions

Ceremony to last dance, at the venues that let you bring your own bar. Signature cocktails, a champagne toast, and a crew that knows when the speeches are.

  • Corporate and client events

Holiday parties, client receptions, product launches and office celebrations. Invoiced at published rates with a breakdown a finance office can process.

  • Backyard and house parties

Often the best value we offer: if you already have a kitchen island, patio bar or deck, you rent the working kit rather than a bar.

  • Birthdays and milestones

Fortieth, fiftieth, retirement, or no reason at all. One bartender and a short menu is frequently the whole answer, and we will say so.

  • Fundraisers and galas

Cash bars, drink tickets and sponsor-underwritten bars, where the bar is a revenue line rather than a cost line and you keep the alcohol margin.

  • Military and civic events

Changes of command, retirements, promotions and department banquets, with 10% off for military and first responders.

Williamsburg venues we serve

  • Williamsburg Estate Venue
  • The Maine of Williamsburg
  • Williamsburg Lodge
  • Ford's Colony Country Club
  • Kingsmill Resort
  • Private homes & backyards
  • Rental properties & Airbnbs
  • Boats & waterfront

We are a preferred vendor at many of these. If yours is not listed, ask. And if your venue runs its own food and beverage, that is not a dead end. We staff for venues too, supplying bartenders and servers and building out bars on site when their own team needs a boost.

How it works

  1. Send the date and the venue

Including the address, so we can tell you about travel and access before it becomes a surprise. A rough headcount is fine.

  2. We check the venue rules

Some venues run their own bar and cannot host us. We will tell you straight away rather than let you find out late.

  3. You get an itemized estimate

Staff, rentals and fees broken out line by line, with the numbers from this site rather than a package you have to take whole.

  4. We build the menu and a shopping list

Quantities, brands and rough costs, so you buy the alcohol at retail in your own name and keep what is left.

  5. We set up, pour and break down

On site early, poured on your timeline, and every trace of us gone at the end.

Williamsburg questions we get

Do you serve all of Williamsburg?

Yes. The historic district, New Town, Kingsmill and the estate venues and everywhere in between. Send the address with your date and we will confirm travel and access.

Is there a travel charge to Williamsburg?

It depends where in Williamsburg you are, which is why we quote travel as its own line rather than folding it into an hourly rate.

The estimate builder asks for your city and ZIP and shows travel as its own line, so you see it before you commit rather than after.

Which Williamsburg venues can you work at?

Most of them, and in two different ways. Where a venue allows outside beverage service we bring the whole bar. Where a venue runs its own food and beverage, we come in as staffing support. Our bartenders and servers working under their program, and building out bars on site. Either way, ask.

We also work private homes, rental properties, backyards and boats. A named venue is not a requirement.

Do you supply the alcohol?

No, and that is in your favor. You buy it at retail in your own name and keep whatever is left over; and because we make nothing on the alcohol, we have no reason to tell you to buy more than your room will drink. What you get from us is a shopping list with quantities, brands and rough costs built around your menu and headcount.

How many bartenders will I need?

We plan one bartender per 50 guests, and a bar-back per 150 on a busy bar or a heavier cocktail menu. Arrival matters more than headcount though. Fifty people walking in together needs more staff than eighty across two hours.

Tell us the timeline and we will size it honestly. If one bartender is enough, we will say one.

Who holds the ABC license?

You or your venue does. A Virginia ABC banquet or special-event license is issued to the host, not to a bar service. We do not obtain it for you, but we will tell you which one applies and we work under it.

Send us the date, the venue and a rough headcount. You will get availability, an honest staffing recommendation and an itemized number with travel shown as its own line.

Let's get started

Tell us about your event.

Send us the date, the venue and the headcount. You'll get an itemized estimate, a custom cocktail menu and honest guidance — free, with nothing committed. Once you book, we send the shopping list: what to buy, what it should cost, and where to get it.

10% off for military and first responders. Free consultation, no obligation.

We've poured at weddings, festivals and a few parties we're not allowed to talk about. Every one of them started with this question.

Are you 21 or older?

Virginia law requires a yes before we can show you the bar.
