Questions people ask
How many people do you need?
Eight is the practical minimum and we have run classes up to sixty. Above about twenty-five we bring a second pro so nobody is waiting to shake.
Themed class or our own menu, what is the difference?
A themed class is a fixed trio built around a spirit or a holiday, and most of those drinks are not on our event menu at all. The custom class lets you pick any three from what we already pour. Same price, same hour.
Can we swap a drink in a themed class?
Ask. Small swaps are usually fine. If you want three of your own choosing, the custom class is the better route.
What do we need to have ready?
A table and access to a sink. We bring the alcohol, mixers, fresh ingredients, garnishes, tools, glassware, the speaker and the microphone.
Is it just a demonstration?
No. Everyone makes all three drinks themselves. Our pro leads it, but the shaking is yours.
Do you travel?
Virginia Beach and the greater Hampton Roads area as standard, and further by arrangement. Boats, vacation rentals and Airbnb properties are all fine.
What if we need to cancel or move it?
There is no deposit. We confirm your date first, then the class opens for payment and is paid in full at that point. Cancel at least 10 business days before and you get a full refund. Inside 10 business days it is not refunded, because that is when we buy the fruit and the spirits and commit a bartender to your date.
You can move a class once at no charge if you ask at least 10 business days ahead, subject to space on the new date. Your headcount is final at the same point, and guests who do not turn up are not refunded.
Travel is free within 20 miles of Virginia Beach. Beyond that it is $2.00 a mile each way, quoted once we know the address. You can carry it or split it across your guests. Cancellations need to be in writing to events@execbeverage.com. Full terms are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Tell us about your event.
Send us the date, the venue and the headcount. You'll get an itemized estimate, a custom cocktail menu and honest guidance — free, with nothing committed. Once you book, we send the shopping list: what to buy, what it should cost, and where to get it.
10% off for military and first responders. Free consultation, no obligation.
