Rentals go by the day. Staff go by the hour, with a four-hour minimum. Delivery, setup and breakdown are quoted as their own lines, so nothing is buried in a day rate.

Bars, drink walls, glassware and the working equipment that goes behind them. Hire one piece or the whole setup. Delivery is quoted as its own line, and a big setup that takes more than one truck carries a multi truck delivery fee. It all comes back to us afterwards.

Coupes, flutes, rocks and wine glasses, rented by the rack. Four glasses per guest is the working figure, because people set one down and take a fresh one.
The things a bar does not work without. Cubed and crushed ice, whiskey cubes, cups and mixer party packs. These you buy rather than rent, so they sit on the bar & beverage catalog.
Tea and lemonade stations, craft infused water, dirty sodas, cold-pressed juices, coffee and hot chocolate are a service line of their own, not a rental.
