Event Bartender
Build and run the bar, pour to a menu you helped design, read the room and keep the line moving.
Looking for: Virginia state certification, 2+ years behind a bar, own kit preferred.

Cocktail Server
Tray service through the room. Welcome drinks, champagne for the toast, glasses topped up at the tables.
Looking for: Prior tray or fine-dining service, comfortable working a crowd.

Waitstaff
Food service, space management, tray passing, setup and breakdown.
Looking for: Event or restaurant experience, black-tie presentable.

Bar-back
Keep ice, garnish and glassware moving so the bartender never leaves the well.
Looking for: Fast, tidy, comfortable lifting 50 lbs.

Beverage Director (day-of)
Own the entire beverage operation on large events so the client never has to ask where the ice went.
Looking for: 5+ years, prior beverage or F&B management, calm under volume.

Load, deliver, build and strike bars, drink walls and glassware.
Looking for: Clean driving record, reliable transportation, lifting 50 lbs.

Barista / Non-Alcoholic Specialist
Run coffee, shaken lemonade, tea and dirty soda stations at family and corporate events.
Looking for: Espresso or high-volume beverage experience a plus.

Lead a crew on site, own the timeline and be the single point of contact for the client.
Looking for: Prior lead or captain experience, 3+ years in events.
