· Provides executive level customer service to the clients as well as their guests.

· Displays timeliness and urgency while attending to guests needs.

· Possess extensive craft cocktail knowledge.

· Understands the relationship between the server and the guest.

· Maintains an extremely personable and outgoing demeanor during service.

· Displays talent within their beverages, as well as their service.

· Sets up the event bars and prepares bar goods and tools for service.

· Displays and maintains a "team player" mentality.

· Maintains the bar products and performs all the duties of a fully attentive bar-back.

· Helps to maintain event space with trash and debris.

· Includes, but not limited to DJ's , Waitstaff & Bar Support.

· All STAFF MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH YACHT AND SUPER-YACHT EVENTS

· Actively services existing accounts.

· Obtains new private event orders.

· Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

· Establishes new accounts with different business' and organizations.

· Consults potential clients on all service and product offerings.

· Displays and maintains a "team player" mentality.
