Exclusivity covers who sells it, not who pours it
Exclusive food and beverage clauses usually govern who sells the food and alcohol, not who serves it. You keep the license, the menu, the markup and the guest relationship. We supply people.
Rates and paperwork
Published rates apply to one-off cover: waitstaff and party host assistants from $35 an hour, bartenders from $40 an hour, billed hourly and itemized by role. Recurring programs and a season of dates are quoted rather than rate-carded.
Licensed and insured, with a Certificate of Insurance in whatever format your property requires. ServSafe-certified and state-certified bartenders, W-9 and PO numbers available.
