The large-house service
Big rental house, family or retreat, one or two nights that matter out of a whole week. Bartenders and servers, so the food keeps moving and the glasses keep going round and nobody in the family is working.

The crossing
We come over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel from Virginia Beach. The crossing, the toll and the drive are quoted as their own line, because you should be able to see exactly what getting a crew onto the Shore costs. Ice, fresh citrus and garnish travel with the crew and are timed to arrive with the van — nobody is making a store run on the Shore an hour before your guests arrive.
Licensing and alcohol
A Virginia ABC banquet or special-event license is issued to you or your venue, not to a bar service. We will tell you which one applies and we work under it. You buy the alcohol at retail in your own name and keep whatever is left.
4-hour minimum. One bartender per 50 guests, a bar-back per 150 on a busy bar.
