Convention work is logistics before it is beverage. Move-in windows, loading docks, badge requirements, an exclusive caterer in the contract and a hard teardown time. We build hospitality that survives all of it, across multiple days if the show runs that long.

Send us the venue first

Most convention centers and conference hotels have an exclusive food and beverage provider, restricted move-in windows and rules about what may come through the dock. Send us the venue and the exhibitor kit before you commit. We will tell you plainly whether we can work the room and what it changes about the cost.
