Now booking across Hampton Roads. Let's party.

Build your estimate

Build your estimate. Then send it to us.

Price it out yourself and watch the numbers build. When it looks right, send it over and we'll come back with a fully itemized quote. Free, with nothing committed. Your complimentary shopping list follows once you book.

What are you planning?
  1. Your event Type, date and a good headcount to go on. Don't worry, we'll dial this in as we get closer.
  2. What you need Tick what you want. We suggest quantities and you can change every one.
  3. Where to send it Your name and email, and we price it up.

About two minutes. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged. We review it and send back an itemized estimate, usually within one business day.

The basics

Drinkers: — This is what we build your free alcohol budget from. Total scope and the per-drink cost.

First drink poured, not when we arrive to set up.

Last call. Breakdown happens after this.

-hour minimum. Setup and breakdown are separate.

Getting in and out Only if your venue restricts when vendors can load in or out

We usually want 1 to 3 hours before the bar opens, depending on the build.

If the venue has a hard curfew, tell us now and we will plan backwards from it.

What do you need?

Quantities start at your guest count, but change any of them. You do not need one of everything for every guest. Twelve kids might want lemonade while a hundred adults are on cocktails. Do not labour over the numbers: we review every estimate, round the quantities to what actually ships, and bring what your event needs.

Service style This sets what we pour and what goes on your shopping list

Every style is $40/hr per bartender, the tier changes the shopping list and the back bar, not the labour. Boat service once the vessel leaves the dock, and protocol-level events for sitting officials and dignitaries, are quoted above the standard rate; tell us and we will price it properly.

Your team Not sure? Leave them at zero and we'll staff it for you.

$40/hr each, we plan one per 50 guests. Drinks and supplies are separate.

$35/hr each, one per 50 guests when you are serving food. Bar-only events usually need none.

$35/hr each. Pours wine, sets the food spread and keeps it topped up, clears dishes and glassware, takes the trash out and preps in the kitchen, so you are a guest at your own party

$35/hr each, one per 150 guests, or fewer guests on a heavier cocktail menu. Keeps a busy bar stocked.

$35/hr each. Tray service, passed drinks and champagne, ideal for a welcome drink on arrival and for keeping drinks moving during the event

$50/hr each for pairings, tastings and wine-led service

$50/hr, runs the whole beverage operation so you never have to

Bar rentals $125 delivery, charged once · $200 if second floor · deliveries that take more trucks, or multi-day drop offs and setups, cost more and are itemized on your estimate

Where do we send it?

The more we know, the more accurate your estimate. Leave anything blank that you are not sure of yet and we will work it out with you. The gaps are simply what we confirm before your date is locked in, so whatever you can answer now comes back as a sharper number, faster.

Needed on the invoice. Skip it if it is the same as the event address.

Supplies Mixers, garnish, ice, cups, napkins, straws. You always buy your own alcohol.

Want a firmer quote, faster? Answer a few more and we can often skip the discovery call. All optional.

What happens next

Six steps. Only one of them is yours.

It starts with a complimentary consultation. We go through the options with you and narrow it down together.

  1. You

Book a call or submit the form

Tell us the date, the venue, the headcount and roughly what you're picturing. Five minutes, no obligation, and it's the only step that needs you.

  2. Complimentary consultation

A beverage specialist walks you through the options and narrows things down with you. Bar styles, staffing levels, cocktail ideas and what actually suits your venue and budget.

  3. Itemized quote

An à la carte quote covering equipment, tools, mixers, fresh ingredients and staff, priced line by line so you can see exactly what you're paying for and adjust it.

  4. Contract & deposit

A services contract setting out the details of your event and the responsibilities on both sides, plus a 50% deposit to lock your date in.

  5. Menus & shopping list

Seasonal cocktail menus built to your taste, and a custom alcohol shopping list telling you what to buy, where to buy it, how much and at what price.

  6. Event day & clean-up

Bartenders arrive early in pressed uniforms, set up, serve, and manage the space throughout. Afterwards we break everything down and leave it as we found it.

Let's get started

Where we serve

All seven cities of Hampton Roads: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News and Hampton. We also cover Williamsburg, Richmond and all the way to Miami. Beyond that, travel is a line item, not a limit: if you can cover the travel, we will be there.

10% off for military and first responders. Free consultation, no obligation.

We've poured at weddings, festivals and a few parties we're not allowed to talk about. Every one of them started with this question.

Are you 21 or older?

Virginia law requires a yes before we can show you the bar.
