How much floor space do I need?
About 4 ft × 4 ft for the Signature Single-Barrel Hi-Top, 6 ft × 6 ft for the Triple-Barrel Bar, and 8 ft × 10 ft for the Total Barrel Package. Floor space is the detail hosts most often forget to confirm with their venue, so it is worth checking before you book.
Can a barrel bar be used outdoors?
Yes. They are designed for nearly any event, indoors or outdoors. Tell us the surface and setting when you book and we will plan the setup around it.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Barrel bars rent by the day, not by the hour. Everything is à la carte, so you rent only the pieces you need.
Do you deliver, set up and break down?
Yes, for a delivery fee. We cover all seven cities of Hampton Roads: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News and Hampton. We also cover Williamsburg, Richmond and all the way to Miami. Beyond that, travel is a line item, not a limit: if you can cover the travel, we will be there.
Can I add bartenders to a barrel bar rental?
Yes. Rent the bar bare, or add mobile bartenders and mixologists, event help and waitstaff, and complimentary beverage program planning with a cocktail list and a custom shopping list.
