Political & Civic Events

Political events are their own discipline. The timeline moves, the run-of-show gets rewritten an hour before doors, there is usually press in the room, and the money side has to be clean enough to report.

We invoice at our standard published rates, every time. We do not discount political work and we do not provide anything free of charge, because a discount or a comped bar can become a reportable in-kind contribution. You get the same numbers every other client pays, itemized, so your treasurer can file it directly.

What we run

• Committee fundraisers — ticketed receptions and donor dinners, cash bar, hosted, or underwritten by a host committee.
• Get-out-the-vote events — volunteer kickoffs and canvass launches, often daytime and often non-alcoholic.
• Name-ID and meet-the-candidate — house parties and neighborhood receptions where the point is conversation.
• Swearing-in and election night — inaugural receptions and election-night parties.

Discretion

We have served officials at every level, from city council to the White House. We name office levels rather than individuals on purpose. No client of ours should have to ask us to take their name off a vendor website. Executive, celebrity, political and high-net-worth discretion is something we specialize in.
