Grand Openings & Anniversaries

A grand opening is a throughput problem wearing a party costume. Two hundred people arrive inside the first half hour, most of them want a drink in hand for the photographs, and the whole thing is over in ninety minutes. Staff it like a four-hour reception and the line runs out of the door.

We size the bar for the arrival, not the guest count

The number that matters is how fast people come, not how many. We plan more bartenders across a shorter window, drinks that pour fast without looking cheap, and a second bar wherever a single line would form. It usually costs less than people expect, because the total hours are short.
