Backyard and house party bartenders in Hampton Roads

Your patio, your kitchen island, your dock. A professional bartender at a party in your own home is the least complicated version of this we offer, and if you already own the surface, you do not need to rent a bar at all.

Licensed, insured, certified bartenders, cocktails made on site with fresh juice, and everything packed out at the end. Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and all seven cities.

4-hour minimum · setup and breakdown included · you buy the alcohol and keep the rest

An Executive Beverage bartender working a full backyard bar stacked with fresh citrus at a house party in Hampton Roads.
  • What you get either way
  • We can dress your island, patio bar or dock, no bar to deliver
  • Licensed and insured, with a Certificate of Insurance for your venue
  • ServSafe-certified, state-certified bartenders
  • You buy the alcohol at retail and keep whatever is left
  • Setup and breakdown handled — you are not moving tables
  • Every cocktail can be built as a mocktail

The surface you already own is usually the answer

Every mobile bar company would rather deliver you a bar. It is the biggest line on the invoice. But a kitchen island is already the right height, already where everyone stands, and already paid for.

So we will tell you when renting one is a waste of your money. What you actually need is the working kit (tools, ice well, glassware, garnish) and somebody behind it who knows what they are doing. With the right space it is the best value on this site.

What we run at homes

Same crew, same standard, scaled to a house rather than a ballroom.

  • Backyard cookouts

Long afternoons where people drift in and out. A tight menu of two or three drinks that hold up in the heat beats a full cocktail list nobody has time to read.

  • Kitchen island parties

Indoors, in the room everyone already stands in. We bring the tools and the ice well, your counter becomes the bar, and the kitchen stops being a bottleneck.

  • Dock, pool and boat parties

Plastic instead of glass where it matters, frozen drinks that survive the sun, and a crew that knows how far it is from the ice to the water.

  • Housewarmings and open houses

A short window with a steady trickle rather than a rush. One bartender is usually the whole answer, and we will say so instead of selling you two.

  • Game days and watch parties

Beer, a signature, and something non-alcoholic that is not a warm soda. Service that goes quiet during the play and moves at the whistle.

  • Neighborhood and block parties

Multiple households, kids everywhere, and a headcount that is a guess. We staff for the arrival rather than the estimate.

Surfaces we have turned into a bar

  • Kitchen island
  • Patio or deck bar
  • Dock or boathouse
  • Built-in basement bar
  • Pool deck
  • Garage or workshop
  • A folding table you already own
  • Or we bring the bar

If yours is not on this list, send a photo. The answer is usually yes.

How it works

  1. Send us a photo of the space

Seriously. A picture of your island, patio or deck tells us more in one look than a paragraph, and it is how we work out whether you need a bar at all.

  2. We tell you what you already have

If your surface works, you are renting a general bar tools package and a rolling ice well instead of a bar. That is the cheapest good answer and we would rather you hear it from us.

  3. Pick a short menu

Two or three signatures, beer and wine, and a real non-alcoholic option. We send a shopping list with quantities and brands so you buy at retail in your own name.

  4. We arrive early and set up

Ice, fruit, tools, glassware and garnish, laid out and ready before your first guest is at the door.

  5. We break it down and take it with us

Bar tools, ice well and glassware leave with us. Your kitchen is not full of somebody else's equipment the next morning.

What hosts ask us

Do I have to rent a bar?

No, and often you should not. If you already have a kitchen island, a patio bar, a built-in basement bar or even a sturdy table, we can bring the general bar tools package and a rolling ice well and turn what you own into a working bar.

It is less money, there is nothing to deliver, and it does not take up half the room. Send a photo and we will tell you honestly whether yours will work.

How many bartenders do I need?

For a house party, usually one up to about fifty guests, and two beyond that, but the real question is how everyone arrives. Fifty people turning up inside ten minutes is a throughput problem and needs more staff than eighty who trickle in over two hours.

Tell us the timeline and we will size it to that, not to the headcount.

Do you supply the alcohol?

No. You buy it, at retail, in your own name, and you keep whatever is left. We make nothing on the alcohol, so we have no reason to tell you to buy more than your room will drink.

What you get from us is a shopping list with quantities, brands and rough costs, built around the menu and the headcount, so you are not guessing in the aisle.

Is there a minimum?

Four hours. That covers a house party comfortably. Most run three to four hours of actual service with setup before and breakdown after.

What about ice, cups and garnish?

All of it can come from us: drinking ice, a rolling ice well to hold it, fresh citrus cut on site, garnish, straws, napkins and either glassware or clear cups. Or you can handle some of it yourself and we will price it either way.

Do you clean up?

The bar, yes. Surfaces wiped, our kit packed, empties and ice dealt with. If you want the rest of the house handled too, a party host assistant at $35 an hour pours wine, helps with drinks, sets the food spread and keeps it topped up, clears dishes and glassware, takes the trash out and preps in the kitchen. A bartender behind the bar and a party host assistant in the room is the difference between finishing your own party and cleaning it.

Send us the date, a rough headcount and a photo of the space. You will get a straight answer on whether you need a bar, what staffing actually fits your timeline, and an itemized number you can plan around.

Let's get started

Tell us about your event.

Send us the date, the venue and the headcount. You'll get an itemized estimate, a custom cocktail menu and honest guidance — free, with nothing committed. Once you book, we send the shopping list: what to buy, what it should cost, and where to get it.

10% off for military and first responders. Free consultation, no obligation.

We've poured at weddings, festivals and a few parties we're not allowed to talk about. Every one of them started with this question.

Are you 21 or older?

Virginia law requires a yes before we can show you the bar.
