We are located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, with our main office in Virginia Beach. We proudly serve the 7 cities of Hampton Roads, including Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach.

While our primary service area is in Hampton Roads, we are also available to travel to surrounding areas and beyond for events of all kinds. Please contact us for more information on our travel policies and fees.

WHAT CAN YOU PROVIDE FOR MY EVENT?

At Executive Beverage, we can provide a range of services for your event, including mobile bartending, professional wait staff, gorgeous glass rentals, and high-quality bar rentals.

Our mobile bartending services include a free consultation, a la carte beverage options, personalized cocktail menus, and completely customizable packages to fit your specific needs and budget. We also offer all sorts of fresh juices, traditional soft drinks, types of drinking ice and fresh fruit and herbs.

Supplimenting the mobile bar, we can provide servers for food service, space management, dish cleaning, tray passing, and even set-up and clean-up.

Our bar rentals come in a variety of styles and sizes to fit any event theme or decor. We offer everything from whiskey barrel bars, classic wooden bars and simple table bars to modern LED-lit bars to ensure that your event bar stands out.

DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?

As an event beverage company, we can certainly assist in providing the alcohol for your event. However, we do not have a liquor license and therefore cannot sell alcohol directly.

We can provide you with a detailed shopping list based on your preferences and needs so that you can purchase the alcohol yourself.

If you purchase from one of our local partner distillaries, you can save and have it delivered to your event location anywhere we service.

This allows you to have greater control over the selection and also helps you save on costs.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE DRINK MENUS AND THEME THEM?

Yes, at Executive Beverage, we understand that each event is unique and special, which is why we offer the option to customize drink menus and theme them according to your preferences.

Our team of experienced beverage pros and mixologists can work with you to create a bespoke cocktail menu tailored to your event, whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or private party.

We can also incorporate specific themes or color schemes to ensure that the drinks and presentation complement the overall ambiance of your event.

Yes, we can provide a bar rental and glassware for your event! At Executive Beverage, we offer a wide selection of bar rental options to fit any style and budget.

Whether you need a classic wooden bar, whiskey barrel bar or a modern LED bar, we have you covered. Our team can help you choose the perfect bar rental option that fits your event theme and size.

Additionally, we offer high-quality glassware rentals to complete the bar experience. From champagne flutes and coups to cactus coup glasses, crystal water glasses, modern rocks glasses and more.

We have a range of glassware options to fit any drink. Our glassware is well-maintained, polished and ready for use at your event.

CAN YOU HOST A CASH BAR FOR EVENTS?

At Executive Beverage we do not offer cash bar services for events. This is because we do not hold a liquor license, which is required to operate a cash bar in Virginia.

While it may be tempting to offer a cash bar to save costs or make a profit, it is important to understand the legal and liability risks involved. Without a liquor license, serving alcohol for profit is illegal in Virginia and can result in fines and legal consequences.

Additionally, hosting a cash bar puts the responsibility of monitoring alcohol consumption and ensuring guests' safety solely on the event host or planner, rather than a licensed, insured and trained beverage comapny. This can lead to potential liability issues and risks for the host or planner.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY?

At Executive Beverage, we offer multiple payment options for our clients' convenience, including credit card, check, and cash payments. Our payment process is 100% online, encrypted, simple and transparent, with clear itemized quotes, invoices and receipts provided for all transactions.

In terms of our refund policy, we strive to be flexible and understanding of our clients' needs. If an event is cancelled at least 10 days before the event, we will work with the client to provide a full or partial refund, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

We believe that our payment options and refund policy help to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident when working with us. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while also being transparent and accommodating in all aspects of our business.

DO YOU HAVE A RAINY DAY POLICY?

Yes, Executive Beverage has a rain cancellation policy. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and we want to make sure our clients have peace of mind when planning their events.

If inclement weather is forecasted, we will work with our clients to determine the best course of action. In the case of rain, we can either move the bar setup inside, if possible, or reschedule the event for another date.

We require that clients notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule due to rain. Keep in mind, rain cancellations do not constitue a refund and can only be rescheduled.

We also recommend that clients consider having a backup plan in place in case of rain, such as a tent or an indoor space that can accommodate their event needs.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible service and experience, and we believe having a rain cancellation policy helps us achieve that.

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes, Executive Beverage is a fully licensed and insured mobile bar and event beverage company for the services that we provide. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and their guests, which is why we maintain all necessary licenses and insurance policies.

Our team consists of experienced and trained bartenders and staff who adhere to all regulations and guidelines set forth by local and state authorities.

Additionally, we carry general liability insurance, liquor liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance to protect both our clients and our team in case of any unexpected incidents.

We believe that hiring a licensed and insured mobile bar and event beverage company like Executive Beverage is essential to ensure a successful and stress-free event.

WHAT SPACE/ REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR A BAR RENTAL?

When renting a bar from Executive Beverage, it's important to consider the space and requirements needed to ensure a seamless and successful event. Our bars come in various sizes and styles to accommodate your event, but we do require a clear and level area to set up the bar.

The size of the space needed will depend on the size of the bar rental you choose and the number of guests you plan to serve. Generally we require about a 10 'X 10' space to accomidate your bar setting.

We recommend allowing for extra space around the bar to ensure guests can easily access and order drinks without overcrowding.

It's also important to consider the location of the bar within your event space. We suggest placing the bar in a central location to encourage guests to gather and socialize around it, but also consider the flow of foot traffic to prevent congestion.

Our team at Executive Beverage will work with you to determine the best bar rental option and setup for your event depending on your beverage menus, theme and decor.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCED SHOULD I BOOK?

At Executive Beverage, we understand that planning an event takes time and careful consideration.

We recommend that you book our services as soon as possible to ensure availability for your desired date. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and attention to detail, and early booking allows us to prepare and tailor our services to your specific needs.

Depending on the size and complexity of your event, we suggest booking at least two months in advance to secure your date and ensure that we have ample time to coordinate with your venue and any other vendors involved.

However, we understand that sometimes events can come up unexpectedly or require last-minute changes so we can actually book as soon as 72 hours before the big day if schedules and availability permit.

We will always do our best to accommodate your needs and work with you to provide the best possible service.

So whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or private party, don't hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible to secure your date and ensure a stress-free and successful event.

HOW DO YOU KEEP MY GUESTS SAFE WHEN CONSUMING ALCOHOL??

At Executive Beverage, the safety of your guests is our top priority. We have a team of experienced and trained bartenders who are well-versed in responsible alcohol service.

Our team strictly adheres to local laws and regulations when it comes to alcohol consumption. We ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving.

In addition, our bartenders are trained to recognize signs of intoxication and are equipped to intervene and stop serving alcohol to any guest who appears to be overly intoxicated.

We also offer non-alcoholic beverage options to ensure that all guests have access to a variety of drink options.

We take sanitation and hygiene seriously, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team follows strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for your guests. We use clean glassware and follow proper hand-washing procedures to prevent the spread of germs in addition to wearing non-latex gloves.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE LEFTOVER ALCOHOL AFTER THE EVENT?

At Executive Beverage, we understand the importance of being responsible with leftover alcohol after an event.

First, we re-cap all bottles and neatly organize them for client pick up or placement. This way, the alcohol stays fresh and ready to use for future events.

We also make sure that during the event, we manage your stock of wine, beer, and spirits to ensure items are returnable by not wetting or damaging the labels of supplies we do not use. This can save you money when you can return unused alcohol.

Additionally, we have the ability to set up a self-service beverage station for any stragglers or friends and family who may be hanging out after your contracted services.

Overall, you can trust us to handle leftover alcohol in a responsible and professional manner, ensuring that you have peace of mind before, during, and after your event.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE CLEAN-UP AFTER EVENTS?

Our team of professionals takes care of all the clean-up tasks after your event related to our services and try to help elsewhere where we can. We understand how important it is to leave the venue as clean as we found it.

Our team ensures that all the tables, chairs, and linens are wiped clean, and any trash or debris is removed.

We also take care of cleaning all the glassware, bar equipment, and any other items used during the event. We make sure that all our equipment is properly sanitized and ready for the next event. Our team pays attention to every detail, ensuring that no area is left uncleaned.

Our goal is to make your event as stress-free as possible, and that includes taking care of the clean-up process. Our clients have the peace of mind knowing that they don't have to worry about the aftermath of the event. We take pride in leaving the venue spotless, so you can focus on enjoying the memories of a successful event.

HOW DO I BOOK NOW?
